submission time confusion
You posted in updates that the submission close time is 5pm ET, but in the rules, it is September 30, 2024 (11:45 pm Eastern Time). Please clarify?

Sorry for any confusion. The rules prevail and submissions close at 11:45 pm Eastern Time. Can you please let me know exactly where you saw the discrepancy so I can fix it? Thank you and good luck!
