I was not given the OPEN AI credit

Hello Organizers,

I am working on Leafpress an AI assistant that helps you access your electric bill. I already filled out the form to apply for the OpenAI credit for over a week now but have yet to be credited.

What can I do to accelerate this process? I seriously need it for my project.
